The basis of this publication is the "demopass" project (Passung im demografischen Wandel, matching and demographic change), which itself is based on a survey of more than 1,000 employees in five German companies.
Against the backdrop of the demographic change the authors investigate five central, business areas: health prevention, continuous learning/professional development, cross-generation knowledge transfer, adaptability and age images within the company. The five areas are discussed on three levels each: that of the employees, that of the superiors as well as that of the company climate. Based on the results measures and "best practice" examples are discussed. Language: German
